IB Consultancy is happy to announce that Ambassador Dr. Bonnie D. Jenkins and Colonel Jean Christophe Le Roux will be delivering a keynote speech at NCT CBRNe Asia 2016.
As part of the NCT Asia 2016 event, NCT CBRNe Asia will take place at the Le Meridien from 8-10 November 2016 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. NCT CBRNe Asia 2016 will again be Asia’s largest CBRNe Defense and Civil Protection networking conference and will provide the perfect platform to bring together government and military officials, foreign delegations and key figures from the market to discuss the ever growing CBRNe threat environment in Southeast Asia while presenting state of the art industry solutions to counter these enduring threats.
Ambassador Bonnie Jenkins was nominated by President Barack Obama in April 2009 and confirmed by the U.S. Senate in June 2009 as the Department of State’s Coordinator for Threat Reduction Programs in the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation. Ambassador Jenkins promotes the coordination of Department of State Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) and U.S. government programs in chemical, biological, nuclear and radiological security (CBRN).
Colonel Le Roux joined the Army Staff in 2009 and was responsible for coordinating the Capability Development related to Force Protection and CBRN Defence. In 2010 he returned to the Defence Staff as Chief of the Joint CBRN Defence Office and Permanent secretary to the Joint Executive Committee on CBRN Defence. In this position he was the main adviser on the Joint Chief of Staff on CBRN Defence. Since the 1st of August 2014, Colonel LE ROUX is the Commanding Officer of the newly created Joint CBRN Center located in Saumur.
