Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access will be provided in all function rooms of Le Meridien for the participants of the event. The username and password will be provided to you on site during the event.


Please note that You will receive your delegate pass during registration time on the first day of the event.

You are kindly advised to take into consideration the following dress code:

  • Uniforms are accepted and endorsed.

Refreshments will be provided during the Networking Refreshment and Lunch breaks, according to the program.
In case you have a special dietary requirement linked to health issues, please inform us in advance. We will do our best in order to accommodate your needs.


After the event, all the presentations that are approved for release will be uploaded under the speakers’ individual profiles in PDF format in the NCT Asia app as well as in the program section, under each session. We will notify you when all presentations will be uploaded.


Electricity in Malaysia is 240 V and the frequency is 50 Hz. You can use your electric appliances in Malaysia, if the standard voltage in your country is between 220-240 V. A voltage converter and a plug adapter may be necessary, depending on your country of your departure.
